SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to ship.  When your order ships you will be notified via e-mail with a tracking number.  Order arrival dates are not guaranteed due to the product stock status, order size, and the holiday seasons.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final except in the rare case that something goes wrong when shopping from a small business.  If an item needs to be returned due to it being faulty, lost in transit, or incorrect you will need to:

*Contact us via email within 14 days of delivery
*Must take a photo of defected, or incorrect, item
*Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

A free exchange/replacement is not offered in these cases:

*Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by customer
*Products were received as requested, but the customer ordered the wrong size/color or simply had a change of mind
*Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1")
*Customized or Personalized Items (Unless items are received damaged or defective; In which case, please refer to the above return policy.)

**NOTE** A faint odor is a natural occurrence in the direct to garment printing industry.  Typically, the odor will disappear after the first wash.
